Morning Flow and Meditation (Free)

This is a daily 30-minute practice that includes gentle stretch, simple flow, and focused meditation. The routine is the same everyday with slight variations from time to time depending on the season, weather and holidays. The morning flow and meditation is designed to prepare you for the day ahead of you by setting you up to a great start.

The class is streamed live via zoom, and it is free. You are welcome to leave donation if you wish.

To join the morning flow and meditation, you need to register using the registration button. Select your desire day and time, your name and email address, and a zoom link will be sent to your email. You don't need to have zoom account to join our live-streamed practice.
