Yoga for Functional Mobility

Yoga for Functional Mobility is an 8-week course designed for students with limited mobility, little to no experience with yoga, and those who experience tightness in their bodies. The course is taught via Zoom.

In this course, we focus on building our practice from the ground up and the inside out. Our approach emphasizes gradual, consistent progress to improve flexibility and ease of movement.

Classes will be held three times a week—Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday at 6:30 AM—for a total of 8 weeks. The course is structured to promote consistency and steady growth in practice. Upon registering, you will also gain access to a morning flow and meditation session, along with a one-on-one consultation with our founder, Tanya. We highly encourage you to join our community and fully embrace the benefits of this course.

Morning Flow and Meditation (Free)

This is a daily 30-minute practice that includes gentle stretch, simple flow, and focused meditation. The routine is the same everyday with slight variations from time to time depending on the season, weather and holidays. The morning flow and meditation is designed to prepare you for the day ahead of you by setting you up to a great start.

The class is streamed live via zoom, and it is free. You are welcome to leave donation if you wish.

To join the morning flow and meditation, you need to register using the registration button. Select your desire day and time, your name and email address, and a zoom link will be sent to your email. You don't need to have zoom account to join our live-streamed practice.
